1. Which method is used for shipment?

Both Hong Kong and global orders are shipped by SF Express.

2. Can I order models that are on Instagram but not on website? 

Please contact customer service.


3. Can it be customized?

 Faa offers special orders. Once a special request has been received, the designer will handle it and all matters including time and price would be decided by the designer later. For more information, please contact customer service for details.


4. When will the product be available?

-It will be shipped as soon as possible if there are available products.

- All products are customized. The production will start after the order is confirmed. It will be sent out in 10 to 14 working days after confirmation (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). We will arrange the delivery on a first-come, first-served basis. The delivery date may be delayed due to transportation or special circumstances. If the client needs the item urgently, it is recommended to check with our customer service before placing the order.


5. Is there any maintenance?

There is a free maintenance service if the accessory to the piece is small. If the accessory is large in size, then there will be a maintenance fee, and please note the exchanged accessory might be different than the original.


6. How to check shipment information?

Members can log in to their personal accounts on the Faa website to check the status of the shipment.


7. What should I do if I got sent the wrong goods?

Should there be problem, the customer can take a clear photograph of the problematic part of the product within 48 hours after receiving the product, and send along the order number and product number to our to Facebook, Instagram or website inbox. 


8. How to enjoy more discounts?

For product discounts, please pay attention to Faa's Facebook and Instagram. 

-10% off the entire order for the first purchase!

-When you purchase two or more hairband products, you will enjoy 15% off the whole order! 

-HKd50 shipping fee would be added in each order in Hong Kong, 

-We do worldwide shipping, HKd200 shipping fee would be added in each order.


9. What is the difference between the sizes?

When there is a difference in size, it will be visible in the headshots.


10. Do you have a physical store?

About locations: Guests can visit all the sales location in person and can  try them on yourselves. in person. There are also professionals on location to provide excellent advice on which headpiece and hairstyle suits you best, as well as recommendations on how to wear the headbands; guaranteeing a top-notch shopping experience!

If you have a Faa Promotion Code, please present it as you checkout. proceed as follows:

1. In the order summary on the shopping cart page, enter your promotion code in the discount space.

3. If you are sure you want to use the promotion code, please click "Purchase" to make the payment. 

If you have entered the code but have not received any discount, please refer to the "Faa Promotion Code Terms and Conditions", as the code may have a specific validity period or are only for certain products.
